We have 3 upcoming Halloween events and need volunteers for each event if you are available. Please see below for the details:
1. Trunk o’ Treat Party by Autism Up, October 19, 2024, 10am – 12pm
Golisano Autism Center, 50 Science Parkway, Rochester
2-3 volunteers are needed for this event to pass out pumpkins, candy, and David’s Refuge handout. Please reply to this email if you can help out.
2. Halloween Celebration, October 26, 2024, 11am – 1pm
Hal Welsh East Area YMCA, 200 Towne Drive, Fayetteville

3. Trunk or Treat, October 26, 2024, 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Northridge Brighton Campus, 2090 South Clinton Ave, Rochester
Four volunteers (at least one ‘seasoned’ volunteer) needed to pass out candy and David’s Refuge information. Please reply to this email if you are available.

Erin’s Angels
We are currently facing a critical need for a Backpack Coordinator to manage and oversee the distribution of meals to children experiencing food insecurity in the Phoenix Central School District. This position is vital for ensuring that our students receive the necessary nutrition over weekends and holidays. Without immediate support, many children may go without essential meals.
Key responsibilities are listed below. Given the urgency of our situation, we are seeking someone who is organized, compassionate, and ready to make a significant impact in our community.
